Filtering and shortlisting applicants

Our ranked list of applicants offers a solid foundation for inclusive hiring, starting with applicants who meet all of your requirements. Do you need to refine your search further? Our advanced filters empower you to pinpoint applicants who perfectly align with your specific needs. Search by qualifications, leverage the custom questions you've defined in your opportunity advert, and so much more. Simply click on the heart icon to add promising applicants to your shortlist.

How to filter applicants

  1. On your 'Home' page, click 'Manage applicants' on the opportunity you want to filter and shortlist for.

  1. Click 'Filter applicants'.

  1. Create your filter using the options under 'Personal details', 'Qualification', 'Skills & experience' or 'Custom questions'. Click 'Apply filter' to see your filtered applicants.

How to shortlist applicants

  1. Click on the heart icon to select your favourite applicants and a shortlist will automatically be created under 'Your shortlist' tab.
